Coronavirus: GES, others to start sensitisation crusades in front of schools resuming.
The President, Nana Akufo-Addo, has expressed that the public authority will set out on a progression of COVID-19 sensitisation missions to assist all Ghanaians with changing the resuming of schools.
He made this known during his 21st update on measures taken against the spread of the Covid.
As indicated by him, these sensitisation missions will help instruct the general population on all the conventions related with the launch of schools.
The wellbeing sensitisations mission will start from January 4, 2021.
The president also made it clare that, the Ministry of Information, the Ministry of Education, the Ghana Health Service and the Ghana Education Service will from Monday, fourth January start a progression of refinement missions to help plan, advise and instruct watchmen, understudies and the general population on additional modalities related with the returning of school.
Ghanaian understudies at all degrees of instruction will presently re-visitation of schools as a feature of the public authority’s essential endeavors to facilitate the COVID-19 prompted limitations on instructive exercises.
According to the President, Kindergarten (KG) to Junior High School (JHS) will begin school on Friday, January 15, 2020.
Proceeding with Senior High School (SHS) students will return to class on January 18, 2021.
In any case, first-year SHS students are required to start school on March 10, 2021 and Tertiary students will return to lecture from Saturday, January 9, 2021.
